e& has announced the launch of its first AI-powered laptop, the “AI Laptop by e&,” designed specifically for enterprise customers in the UAE. The device is equipped with on-device AI capabilities, including built-in large language models (LLMs), that are optimised for Snapdragon® X Series processors from Qualcomm Technologies, enabling users to run AI workloads directly on the device, even without internet connectivity.
Purpose-built for security, privacy, and data sovereignty, the laptop keeps data and AI processing local to the device, making it ideally suited for government, enterprise, and other regulated environments in the UAE.
Unlike traditional AI tools that depend heavily on cloud connectivity, the AI Laptop by e& features built-in, on-device LLMs and edge AI, allowing complex AI capabilities to run offline with low latency while enabling designated AI workloads and sensitive data to be processed and stored locally. This offline architecture enables enterprises to maintain full data sovereignty, enhanced privacy, and greater control over sensitive information, significantly reducing exposure to external cloud environments.
Optimised for high-performance and regulated industries, the device is engineered to meet the security and compliance requirements of government, financial services, healthcare, education, logistics, and remote field operations.

Equipped with enterprise-grade security and advanced IT management capabilities, the AI Laptop enables scalable deployment across organisations, with centralised control across departments and locations. This supports robust data protection and business continuity, even in demanding field environments such as oil and gas sites, logistics hubs, and remote educational institutions, where stable network connectivity is often unavailable or restricted due to security risks.
The AI Laptop by e& will be available in configurations with Snapdragon® X Elite and Snapdragon® X Plus processors:
- S1-14 Elite: 12-core Snapdragon® X Elite processor, up to 32GB LPDDR5X memory, up to 1TB PCIe Gen5 storage
- S1-14 Plus: 8-core Snapdragon® X Plus processor, 16GB LPDDR5X memory, 512GB PCIe Gen4 storage
Both models run Windows 11 Pro and feature a 14-inch QHD display with 2880 × 1800 resolution and 100% sRGB coverage, Adreno graphics, Wi-Fi 7, a 65Wh battery, 65W USB-C charging, and 36-month onsite support.
